Description

Here's my latest summer image.  Still working with my Vixen ED103S on my EQ6R-Pro mount.  Getting some nice results.  Still have to crop the corners in a bit.  I now have a flattener but to use it requires some custom flange interfaces as in the Vixen world, for goodness knows why, their interface to everything is a non-standard 60mm thread.  Don't get me started.  I know where to get the custom flanges but what a pain.

On the other hand I am quite happy with this image.  Getting the kinks worked out in how I use NINA with my EQ6 mount.  Now I'm getting nice results.  Meridian flips are working and I got a total of 92x300" subs on this one.  In spite of hazy skies, even at night, I think this came out nice.  Looking forward to reshooting this later with my C14 that is on my AP1600.  Just got the encoders for that mount so it's down for a while for retrofit.

CS!
