Description

This data was collected over 3 nights in December 2022, whilst waiting for the Jellyfish nebula to rise.  I used my main refractor a TS Optics 106mm, a RedCat 51 and a Samyang 135mm.  The RedCat 51 was OSC while the other two were using mono cameras.  Total integration time was exactly 20 hours.

I used the AstroPinoy YouTube technique employing Gradient Merge Mosaic - for the first time with nebulosity at the borders - to produce the wider angle image.  This image uses the higher resolution, zoomed-in image at the centre, mosaiced with just data from the RedCat and Samyang to provide the wider framing.  I must say I was rather surprised it worked, having to incorporate so much nebulosity where the panes were stitched together
