Description

This is an interesting "group" of galaxies in Pegasus, in the Summer through Autumn sky.  The biggest of the galaxies in the center is about 30 million light-years away. The four galaxies that are just above are more like 300+ million light-years away.  When the light left these background galaxies, the first vertebrate land animals were appearing on Earth. Imagine that! Surprise (for me) is to see that I also captured Stephan's Quintet in the lower left corner.
I captured 2 hours of 2-minute subs. FWHM's were all high, but the stars were all round, even in the poorest subs. Makes me think the seeing was poor. Still, the end result is nice.
