Description

Nebula complex in Cygnus - panorama of 4 images.
In the image you can find nebulae such as: North America, Pelican, Wall, Crescent, Butterfly and others.
To get this panorama, a series of frames with a total exposure of more than 36 hours were used, which means several nights were spent to take this picture.
The angle of view is over 10 degrees, which is considered a wide-angle astrophoto. Vertically, the image would fit more than 20 disks of the full Moon! If the human eye were sensitive in the dark and in the red light of hydrogen, we would probably be able to see at least some of these nebulae with the naked eye, but for now we can admire the deep photographs.
Instead of a conventional telescope, the Samyang 135mm f/2 telephoto lens (which actually has a focal length of 130mm) with an aperture of f/2.8 was used to photograph this region. The astro camera is a QHY163m. H_aOIIIRGB filters. The mounts are HEQ5 pro and AZ-GTi.
Shooting was carried out in conditions of harsh urban backlighting, which was largely suppressed by narrow-band H_a and OIII filters. RGB filters were used for natural color of stars and images with shutter speeds shorter than the main frames.
