Description

Imaging sessions were on March 22nd, 23rd, 24th and 26th 2022.
I think seeing was not good and as an effect guiding was not good. As a result I have rather fat stars. So I struggled really to get some good quality data. I did select 80% of acquired subs but the average FWHM was significantly higher than usual at 4.6 arcsec of the integrated non-processed image. Eccentricity was at 0.52 not really good e ither. Nevertheless I wanted to publish the image to document work and to document that in some cases things do not work as desired.
Since I had some misalignment of the subs over the four nights I had to crop the image as a first step of processing.
I had some difficulty to get the color visible and I am still not completely happy with the result although I did some fairly heavy processing.
Second difficulty was the overexposed core of the galaxy, which I tried to dampen during processing.
Now on the positive side there are quite a number of quasars (12) visible, which always wows me that this is possible with such modest gear.
