Description

It's one of the longest-imaged objects, though 20.5 h looks like nothing new. Clouds and short nights don't help, even the extreme geomagnetic storm happened on one clear night which also disturbed the imaging. Anyway, finally I have my own Lion Nebula!

I forgot to capture RGB stars during the last session, so decided to follow Sascha Wyss and to turn an SHO stars into a quasi-RGB stars ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YMvgfmPkn-g ).

Edit.
I grabbed the RGB stars two nights later, not too much, just 3 x 15 x 30s. It looks much better now, the stars are vibrant, not 'flat'.
