Description

Working more targets for my NYX-101 mount.  Last night I was able to get 85 good subs down on the Lion Nebula.  I've seen this one a few times across the web.  Was perfect for me for checking things out on the NYX.  So far it is working pretty good.  I'm getting consistent sub 1' RMS error on guiding.  Last nights session combined both before and after meridian flip were in the 0.7" range.  There was a little bit of walking of the image but not bad and certainly nothing that PI could not solve and correct.

About the only gripe I have so far with this mount is the crazy, IMHO, requirement that firmware upgrades are currently ONLY through WiFi. Oh and yes, they go in great detail to mention how this is potentially an issue for networks where the routers are from Ubiquiti, which of course, ALL of my internal networks are controlled by Ubiquiti Commercial network gear.

Still happy I got the mount.  Looking forward to a firmware upgrade to fix the WiFi only upgrade issue and Pegasus has said they will be releasing a hand controller soon.  I would like this very much for when I have my Lunt LS80MT on this mount and I am using it visually for looking at the sun.
