Description

LBN 777 is a rather rarely photographed object. It is also known as the Vulture Head Nebula.
The nebula is part of the Taurus Molecular Cloud. The clouds are dark, not very dense and cold.

Cool gaseous clouds easily lose their gravitational balance. At that time, their material begins to condense due to gravity, into areas called Bok globules. Bok globules continue to densify as the temperature rises while the gas is compressed. This in turn leads to the birth of new stars and their planets. Pleiades, which is more familiar to many, is located slightly outside the picture.  The blueness that might be seen in the picture is indeed a reflection coming from Pleiades.
