Bonjour à tous,
Nous sommes ravis de vous présenter la nouvelle image de notre équipe Northern France Remote : de NGC4725 à la nébuleuse planétaire LoTr5
Cette image conclut notre saison printanière 2024, avec un champ présentant une belle galaxie spirale, une galaxie irrégulière particulièrement jolie et une nébuleuse planétaire qui n'est pas sans rappeler Abell 6 que nous avons photographié plus tôt dans l'année !

Le champ proposé intègre des prises de vue en L(O/ R-V(O)-B(O)) avec une intégration de 14h30 de O pour sublimer la nébuleuse planétaire et également accentuer la couleur dans le V et le B.

C'est @Jean-Baptiste Auroux qui nous aura inspiré ce champ que l'on a pu voir sur son site, qu'il décrit parfaitement juste ici : https://millenniumphoton.com/portfolios/ngc4725/, un grand merci à lui !

En tout 60h de prise de vue ont été réalisées sur cet objet, en LRVB, H et O, les 12h de H n'apportent toutefois que très peu de détails à l'image : une fois le continuum retiré, le détail correspondant au signal Ha est très faible, y compris à NGC4725 comme le montre le master H de 12h ci dessous :


La couche O, quant à elle, apporte un vrai plus à la photo, elle permet de dévoiler des volutes de la nébuleuse planétaire que le LRVB ne dévoile pas, en témoigne la comparaison des deux masters O et L ci dessous :

L'Askar 107PHQ en remote chez @David Wills (PixelSkiesAstro) semble bien adaptée aux conditions du site au regard de l'échantillonnage de la caméra (1"), les détails offerts tant dans les galaxies que dans le fond de ciel (lui même peuplé de pas mal d'amas) sont très sympas à voir !

Hello everyone,

We are delighted to present to you the new image of our Northern France Remote team: from NGC4725 to the planetary nebula LoTr5
This image concludes our 2024 spring season, with a field featuring a beautiful spiral galaxy, a particularly pretty irregular galaxy and a planetary nebula reminiscent of Abell 6 that we photographed earlier in the year!

The proposed field integrates shots in L(O/ R-V(O)-B(O)) with an integration of 14h30 of O to enhance the planetary nebula and also accentuate the color in the V and the B.
It is Jean-Baptiste Auroux who inspired us this field that we could see on his site, which he describes perfectly right here: https://millenniumphoton.com/portfolios/ngc4725/, a big thank you to him !

In total 60 hours of shooting were taken on this object, in LRGB, H and O, the 12 hours of H however bring very little detail to the image: once the continuum is removed, the detail corresponding to the signal Ha is very weak, including at NGC4725 as shown in the 12h master H :

The O layer, for its part, brings a real plus to the photo, it allows you to reveal volutes of the planetary nebula that the LRGB does not reveal, as demonstrated by the comparison of the two masters O and L

The Askar 107PHQ remotely at PixelSkiesAstro seems well adapted to the conditions of the site with regard to the sampling of the camera (1"), the details offered both in the galaxies and in the sky background (itself populated with quite a few clusters) are very nice to see!
