Description

Still recovering from catching Influenza B on our cruise.  It woke me up at 3AM this morning.  Once up I decided what the heck and fired up my Seestar that was out from the previous night.  Last nights run on the Elephant Trunk nebula turned out to be a bust as the framing of the object was not all that great.  I started the Seestar at around 3:30AM and was toying with the idea of capturing M42 which is up at that time but when I saw Comet 103P on the featured list I thought what the heck and went for it.

This is a shot over just under 1.25 hours.  The Seestar tracked the location pretty good and with some post in PI and Photoshop the final image is pretty nice.

Enjoy!
