Description

Here is comet 62P/ Tsuchinshan as it was back dropped by numerous galaxies in the constellation of Cancer.  Over three hours of subs stacked bringing out a wide array of galaxies and some faint IFN can be seen in the star field also.  The comet will move into Leo as it reaches Perihelion on December 25, 2023 and is expected to brighten to perhaps better than 9th magnitude.  This image is oriented 117 degrees and flipped.
