Description

My attention was attracted by this little thing that appears on all the raw images.

Intrigued and by carefully inspecting the full image, I first thought of a comet. After doing a particular DSS processing in Drizzle 3 mode, in order to magnify the object, I now think it's a galaxy.

I'm probably wrong, but I have not seen it on an image here yet.

Edit : In comment (see below), Xordi brought the solution, it is indeed a galaxy: ESO 220-8 belonging to a group of galaxies in Constellation Centaurus.
