I retired in 2019 after 25 years of teaching (college and university level) and took up astronomy and astrophotography as a hobby shortly after.

I consider myself very fortunate during my career years to have done lots of things I enjoyed in aviation, computer programming, and biological sciences.

Now I enjoy my granddaughters and, of course, astrophotography, both of which consume all my time, energy, and budget!
