Sometimes image solving just never completes and that banner saying it is in progress persists or reopens. Is there a way to simply tell Astrobin, "Do not start any plate solving--I don't want it!"? Alex Like

Hi Alex, images should not remain in a pending state indefinitely. That means something was wrong. Please start the job again using the Edit menu and it will either succeed or fail. If the problem persists, please contact me using the support channel (Help menu at the top of the site). Plate-solving currently cannot be disabled for deep-sky images. Like
