Hi People I am experimenting with adding Ha data to my OSC images, for example with continuum subtraction and other techniques. I would like to experiment with my latest image, but due to limited sky time I only captured RGB data (here the actual FOV): These are 8 hours of 3 minute exposures with an astromodified Sony a7s and 200mm F/5 Newtonian (@ISO 2000). I hope to add 8 more hours tonight as it won't be clear for the days coming. If anyone has any Ha data I could use for this image, that would be great. Of course you can decide if I can post the final image with your data here on Astrobin and your decision will be respected, any use of your data would be properly credited / posted as a collaboration. If you have any tips for adding Ha data to galaxies, this would also be very welcome. Thanks in advance and clear skies, Max |

Hi, I have some 23 hours of Ha of this region with an FOV that would suit yours and have used it in this photo: M81 Group and IFN If you're interested, please send me a pm. In terms of adding Ha data, the continuous subtraction technique is good but lately I have been preferring the one described in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jJFUZY5p6yQ - I think it works quite well for galaxies.
