Description

Finally, we had one clear night after weeks of clouds, and I was able to finish a long-planned project with my 10" Newtonian, the nebulae around Gamma Cassiopeiae aka Ghost of Cassiopeia.

The luminous star (Navi) excites the nearby gas clouds and creates a stunning view of glowing nebulae with spectacular leading edges. Image processing is a bit tricky due to the high dynamic of the 2nd magnitude star and the faint 10th magnitude nebulae.
