Description

Friends:   I have a new image of the intriguing Leo galaxy NGC 3628.   Great to observe,
and great to image.  It was discovered in 1764 by William Herschel.   Located at a distance of about
35 mly, it interacts with its two large neighbors, M65, and M66.

Imaged from i Telecope's newer Utah site, elevation 5,200'.    Have 2 hours of integration, obtained
3/18 and 3/24.   7 x 5 minutes each with R, G, B filters and 4 x 5min Lum, all bined 1:1.
Processed almost entirely with Pixinsight.  20" Planewave, operating at f 4.5.  Image was about 40%
cropped from its original 36' x 54' field.

Like the results with the nebula; working on improving the star images.
