Description

I was up for a go at bubble nebula and saw that I could manage to squeeze the Cassepoia star cluster and NGC7538 in there, making it worthwhile to spend some extra time imaging. I took a whole load of L's over the first three night amounting to around 9 hours, then almost the same again over the coming few days to gather the RGB data. After a couple of attempts combining the data, I decided to stick close to the results of APP's star calibration to get the overall looking good without messing up the stars too much. quite like it in the end, the bubble looks more natural than highly saturated.

NGC7635 The bubble nebula : The bubble is created by the stellar wind from the young, magnitude 8.3, massive central star

NGC7538 : Home to the biggest discovered protostar - 300x the size of the solar system!

NGC7654 , M52 Casseopia Salt-n-peper cluster : Discovered by Charles Messier on September 7, 1774
