Description

It's late in the winter on the northern hemisphere on Mars which is about 95% illuminated on its way to opposition in December.

Not the best conditions - lots of dew/fog falling in so I had to stop far from the meridian quite early and of course, Mars just does have a diameter of 15.8 arcseconds. As it rises in the northern hemisphere it gets smaller and smaller - so if you want to get a good image of Mars --> go to the southern hemisphere where you can image Mars with 25 arcseconds and almost in the zenith.

Description: Before imaging Mars I've recorded Jupiter because of the GRF being nicely in view.
