Description

Another random shot taken with VC200L/T3i. Taken July 2nd 2016 @ 1am CST. There is a faint fuzzy object a little to the left and up above the central bright star, which we think is identified as PGC 55308 (a galaxy over magnitude 15, thanks to RickJ at CN after comparing with better DSS repositories). I used Python astropy to convert the plate solved RA/DEC into DMS and got: '15h 32m 21.36s +15d35m20.4s' This is also near NGC5953/NGC5954.

Revision B is a closer comparison of PGC 55308 with the public DSS imagery. The little constellations to the left I call the "Giraffe and the Arrow"
